Hellwig 1520 Review: Hellwig 1520 LP-15 Helper Spring Kit. Before I put on the LP-15 Hellwig helper springs my 06 Colorado handled and had the ride pretty much like a car. The ride was good but it was a little to soft with more roll in turns than you would expect from a truck. When loaded, not real heavy mind you, it would sag more than one would expect for a half ton truck.
